We often procrastinate because we don’t feel capable or confident. Feeling confident and capable are emotional issues. Procrastination is an emotional issue. By asking ourselves why we’re procrastinating, we can discover the how. When we step into the issue instead of away from it, we knock those last few items off our To Do list. People around us see how peacefully productive we are.
