Conflict avoidance leads to ambiguity. People and projects grind to a halt and stall us when we don't manage conflict. The best teams are not the teams with no conflict but the ones that know how to manage it.

1. As a leader what do I need from my team?

2. As a team what do they need from their leader?

3. What are our rules for debate?
