Awareness: When you're emotionally connected to the outcome your focus is always fuzzy.

Alignment: As a leader, what do I need from my team? As a team member is this what my team needs from me? and How do we resolve conflict?"

Accountability: The game is having your team close loops for you so you don't keep those open on loops in your head.
